I believe that I feel like doing another round of readings once more. Standard fees for money, DP and paraphernalia applies. Readings range from 1 to 10 cards, additional cards to clarify readings require more money, et al.
If anyone would prefer a reading in private or privately in person, I might be willing to arrange that.
Also, I've been considering doing this more full time in the future.

3. The Past: 3 of Coins Upright.
Teamwork with others. You reached the height of a past career. You felt proud and competent and practical. You delivered what was asked of you. It might of been hard work but it was good work. However, you are now or were being asked to compromise on what you've done. This was skilled work you honestly enjoyed until the moment you were forced to change the path you follow.

He rubs at his temples.
"...I suppose that's... a way to look at it."

::Flips over the next card, it depicts a noble standing at the edge of a battle mount with two spears. The card is lying inverted to the others.::
4. The Future: 2 of Wands Inverted
Simply put, your new job has you uncomfortable, you feel nervous about making the right decision because if you pick wrong, things will... I believe the term is "Shit the bed" or "Be fucked up beyond all recognition", or at least you imagine so. Instead of being eager with your past work, you're antsy and nervous about your new work. Your strength has become your weakness. You second guess yourself. But guessing too much doesn't help.
You feel exhausted and will be more exhausted if you don't decide. You know what you need to do, but you don't know what is the right choice to make sure what is done should get done. But you're also a team leader now as indicated by the energy of the Three of Coins, that energy hasn't changed. The past and the future of the Two of Wands and the Three of Swords are bound by making tough decisions. Very tough, and uncomfortable decisions.

"... Yeah. That's also.. good."
he's staring at the noble. ... they're going to die, aren't they?

She flips over a card in front of the previous four. It depicts an angel floating over a lake, pouring liquids together.::
5. The Goal: XIV - Temperance Upright
Your goal is that of the team leader, trying to make people who don't work together, work together. You seek to make sure people compliment each other, and bring balance and harmony. You need to create something new. Something the likes of which hasn't been seen before, and you need to bring out the best of each person in the grow you lead. If you can do so, great things will happen. Your heart will swell with joy. But the best way to do this is through moderation and humility. This card also signals energy from the spiritual and emotional, and thus a sense to trust your gut instincts.
Temperance and the Inverted 2 of Wands imply this might be a successful enterprise, but only if you can solve the indecision that awaits you. If you can't, chaos shall reign instead of order.
Temperance is the angel being an alchemist, blending things together, but in moderation.

"... Moderation. Compliment..."
As these things usually go: Get the lead out of your heels Kaz. As the world usually screams.
"... Continue."

6. The Subconscious & Foundation: I - The Magician Upright
This card is the hidden foundation and subconscious mind at play in the reading. The Fool meets the Magician, the master of all things. A desire that you can change destiny and make things better. He is both the wizard Merlin and the trickster Loki at play. You need to manipulate and act and change those around you into what the Temperance demands. This card says yes, you are doing the right thing for the moment, Mr. Briar.
You just need to convince people of that. By any means necessary. You have all the tools and resources to achieve your goal right in front of you.
no subject
"... I think I'd known that, but... What Temperance demands, huh? That's possible. This is doable then."
no subject
::Places the seventh card on a parallel column to the Magician away from the other cards.::
Now we enter the more specifics of more abstract points, rather with the circumstances of the matter.
7. The Advice: IX - The Hermit Inverted
There is someone or something isolated. Paranoid. Someone who wears the mask of a person but is either mad, or worse, a monster. A loss of reality. Lack of wsdom and mental clarity. They continue to make foolish decisions. The lantern of the Hermit that brings insight in the endless dark instead invites the devil's lies. Worries and darkness consume them, as they spend further and further time in their head.
If this is a person, this is someone with a rigid belief system of the world. They feel completely worthless and lonely. They're needy, and fail to understand the boundaries of others. They are isolated. Over-analyzing to the point they're hurting themselves. They hate and judge themselves, their bodies, their very lives. This is a person in desperate need for a mentor. For someone to care for them and make them realize they aren't awful, and they don't need to bind themselves in chains.
To avoid beating around the bush, I think we both know who this card refers to.

I think... Trena and I at least have this one covered."

8. The External Factors: XV - The Devil Inverted
The Devil is Temptation and the Carnal Needs, and the Black Magic of the Underworld. It is the card of darkness, but darkness is never bad. However here it means these energies blocked. Perhaps you find yourself forbidden from indulging or unwilling to indulge. You might of freed yourself from something that had long since captured you. But keep in mind you don't need to become a saint.
On the other hand if this is referring to the hermit. It indicates the person has traumas they're not facing. Buried so deep that they're wasting energy trying to bind themselves down. They're trying to be so perfect, and walking the line so tight they never shine. This is shame for what they really are. Shame for what you really are. Shame of others refusing to admit what they are. Those who take no chances, and never let go will miss opportunities.
This one strikes me as complicated as I get the feeling it's more than just the Hermit's energy. This refers to plenty of outside factors. But it might just as well be the hidden side of the hermit, bound in chains.

He waves a hand.
... ... have I become such a respectable adult that instead of getting advice from the future it instead tells me who to give advice TO?

The ninth card, placed above the devil depicts a knight sleeping in a church, on a bed or possibly coffin, with four swords hanging on a wall.::
9. The Hopes and Fears: 4 of Swords Upright
You want to rest but you fear the lull of silence. The silence is deafening and damning. You feel anxious, and you feel guilty if you take a night off to let yourself heal and recuperate. But if you don't you might suffer for it. If you rest, you fear things will go badly, but if you don't rest they might go just as bad because you won't be at the top of your game. Rest is the core here. The question is what to do. Do you rest or do you stay up, so to speak.
Stepping back even for a little bit is never bad, arguably, as long as you time it right.

"...Yeah? ... alright."
Now to convince literally everyone else of this too.

10. The Outcome: Ace of Swords Inverted
This isn't the only future, just the one most likely to come at the moment due to the arrangement of the math. But it speaks of discord. and failure to communicate. The Ace of Swords is the power to break through your current bondage, typically. The stirring of the ace is blocked. A lost memory. The wrong words could ruin everything and people might assume you're the opposite of what you're doing. This is a card indicating a time of lies, and a time of betrayal. People refuse to understand. Refuse to listen.
The Three of coins shows a team that is so competitive they refuse to listen to each other.
The Two of Wands indicates Failure due to stubbornness on the part of the team.
The Three of Swords indicates it's because their opinions and world views differ so harshly that complimenting features don't have a time to shine.

"Fucking... really? God damn. Where the hell am I gonna find an angel of temperance though? Balance all this ou-... Oh."

But that means more candy or more money up front. Or anything else you're wishing to bargain with, Mr. Briar. Personally candy and exotic knowledge and items mean more to me than money.
Since Mother has more gold and jewels than could be spent in a lifetime.

But... thank ya all the same."

Though the blatant-ness of how she literally popped up in the reading befuddles even me.

"More of a help than ya know.
... Yeah, well. I've seen weirder."

Anyways, if there's anything else I can do for you, ask, I suppose.
